Room offer
During your stay with us, you can look forward to falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of nature and the always present fresh air. All accommodation units are equipped with a fan and mosquito nets. Apartments are also equipped with air conditioning. We recommend using AC only if necessary, because in combination with Ayurvedic therapies, body reacts very sensitively and intensively to temperature changes.
In each type of accommodation in SETHMARA, you have at your disposal:

Ayurvedic cosmetics for your daily hygiene (soap, toothpaste, hair shampoo),

sarongs for therapy so that you don't stain your clothes with healing oils and ointments,

Choose from our accommodation options which all offer european standards:
Bungalow
Detached bungalows made of natural materials - wood and stone, with a terrace overlooking the garden and a semi-open bathroom.
Apartment
The spacious apartments consist of an entrance hall with storage space and a refrigerator, a bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed for families, a bathroom and a spacious terrace with a view of the garden.
Room
Newly built spacious rooms are located on the first floor. Each has a terrace overlooking the garden and a bathroom.
Our group retreat offers
The basis of every retreat is the cleansing programe – the traditional ayurvedic panchakarma and by the same time every retreat is tailored to your personal health issues or intention.
The final price of the retreat is set by the retreat instructor.
Prices include:
- First consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor.
- Daily Ayurvedic therapies (about 5-7 therapies per day).
- Regular consultations with our Ayurvedic doctor.
- Herbal medicines and Ayurvedic medicines during your stay.
- Detailed last consultation at the end of the stay with recommendations for your lifestyle
and eating habits, tailor-made by our doctors according to your constitution.
- Full board accommodation: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Fresh herbal tea with spices.
- Fresh juiced juice as recommended by your doctor.
- Yoga.
- Towels and sarongs for Ayurvedic therapies.
- WiFi.
Extra: the price does not include flight tickets, airport transfer, and trips according to your choice.
Airport transfer cost for group retreats is € 30,00 per person one way, € 60,00 return.

You can organize a stay with us for groups with a maximum capacity of 20 people plus an instructor.
This stay includes for each participant:
